  1. Awesome Dogs (9 - 12 seconds) never seen lightning like it. I'd like to add that after following the live streaming from lastnight which was incredible guys, all of your photography is tops too. Especially liked Paul's last one with the multipule CG strikes, but all of them are great guys. Spectacular as TRL says! Thoroughly enjoyable and really really look forward to being out there 2010. Seasons
  2. The atmosphere looks very unstable where the guys are. Looking carefully now for a funnel or tube to drop......
  3. Awesome!!! Whats going on here
  4. Loving the view on the live streaming EDIT: There on the move again. Seasons
  5. Thanks Nick. Lets hope they get back on the road soon. The live-streaming is excellent. Great work. It will be very nice to be on the other end though next Spring.
  6. Do you have the latest radar image(s) from the cells there approaching Nick? This live-streaming is great, almost feel I'm there.
  7. Lol. The France idea is a great one ajpoolshark. Money is tight here in SW Suffolk atm, so a chase down to France would be a definate second best. They experience some pretty intense storms down there during July and August. Maybe Paul can organise something in the near future. Thats a plan!
  8. Thanks Sammie  Well spotted there Gorky and Nick........things seem to be happening rather quickly now. Great to see the hook appearing on the radar.....signs of a very unstable atmosphere/rotating cell with the prospects of a tube in the immediate future I suspect.
  9. I'm not quite sure what you mean by couplet Gorky. Could you please explain as I've never heard of this term/phrase used in Meteorology before? Collins English Dictionary: Couplet n two successive lines of verse, usually rhyming and of the same metre. For instance "Humpty dumpty sat on a wall. Humpty dumpty had a great fall." Back to the chase....... The Live Streaming is fantastic. Great work NW.
  10. Been away 5 minutes and return to this  Looks like the heavens have opened........... Is that flooding infront of the car?
  11. Nice view of the CB's on live streaming
  12. John Brown is on it. Some mean looking skies there.........

  17. A very chilly night now under clear skies and light winds, with a current minimum of 4.9C. Looking forward to more sunshine tomorrow. Seasons
  18. Stunning day down here in sunny Suffolk. Summer has started with a flourish!! Seasons
  19. A very chilly start with low cloud and mist, although this cleared quickly and by 10:30 we were blazing in unbroken warm sunshine. A beautiful days weather ahead, enjoy everyone! Leeds already upto 15C at 11:00. Are we going to see a 20C today? Seasons
  20. Yes please Dogs Matt is in the thick of it judging by the radar. Awesome cell down to his southwest......lets hope he's heading that way! Seasons
  21. Awesome pictures there Michael Prys-Roberts. Love the last shot mate. I'd most certainly have jumped in my wagon and gone chasing that one! Lets hope this a just a taster............this weekend is looking promising. Seasons
  22. Very chilly evening here after what has been a warm day. Temperature down to 5.4C here in Haverhill, Suffolk. Fylingdales in Yorkshire is down to 2C at 23:00. That is very cool indeed especially with several hours of cooling to go. Negative figures tonight? Seasons
  23. 11th May - Gravesend (Essex). Seasons
  24. A lovely day here with crystal clear and sunny skies. The breeze has been very notable though, especially when your in the shade and exposed to the light to moderate east, northeasterly wind. Can't complain though, it has been very nice in the Spring sunshine. Seasons
  25. Had some very early morning North Sea cloud which eventually broke up by 9am to give what has been a very pleasent day. Although the breeze was a little chilly first thing, temperature's warmed up nicely by mid-afternoon climbing into the mid-teens. Seasons
