    im going to stick my neck out and say we are in for a big freeze mid February on wards or later part of Feb with heavy snow showers blowing in from east high pressure over Scandinavia low pressure pushed south just my take on things wants going on in the stratosphere SW . Folks may shoot me down but we have all been wrong at some point..

    Turning unsettled with some welcome rain but how long will this unsettled spell last a sign of high pressure building to the north east again..

    The blocking is putting up a fight not done yet it could go Eva way lots ups down to come..

    Mild stormy start to February rain and more rain no cold and snow insight I just hope the SW can break us out for much better pattern for snow and cold mid February...

    Game for what we all new that we where going to get some unsettled Weather later part of January it's been very cold here in the south east of England for 2 weeks with hard frosts and my snow man is still in the garden I'm looking at February for the next cold shot.

    Can ask a question where do you see spell of zonal weather because going what I can see within the models no zonal for next two weeks or so or am I missing something.

    Just started snowing again here in the south east gfs looking good again as cold moves in from the east ..

    I think models are looking ok for cold maybe colder for south east with chance of snow. To many folk on here are looking for a day after tomorrow with ten feet off snow and temperatures of -10 day time Max's .. what i can see is a cold wintery outlook a lot better then last year that's for sure.

    Cold weather ahead this is looking interesting most members going cold and I'm likeing the meto update to staying cold east and south east with snow showers.
