Yes been stung by that ourselves, that is what happened last time we gave up, Joe went fishing and some one offered him one, and he though just one won't hurt and that was it back to smoking

Thank you Kar I am bloody determined this time, did manage to give up about 5 years ago for a good 6 months then stupidly went back to the old demon, tried many times since then, but I feel good about it this time, mainly because I actually want to give up, I don't like smoking anymore!!

The rocks are part of the Jurasic Coast formed from a dessert that was there many years ago (before OON was born) This makes the rocks quite red and although it's mainly shingle beach, when it's stormy it loosens all the sand and turns the sea a red colour. It makes a dramatic sight.

There were still surfers out there
