Stafford just beaten Blackburn as a fith coldest spot. Blackburn just

i expect the front produce freezing rain or plain old rain. I doubt it be snowing tommorow
because theres no wind from the east at all this week on top of that the front will
produce wind from the irish sea.
This is what makes it less favourable.
according to weather online, theres some indications that milder weather may arrive here by weekend. but after that, cold north-westerlies may push
in next week. They say that confidence is pretty low atm.
Its foggy and really icy here in leyland this morning but its all melted as soon
as the fog lifted. I went to bolton and over there is about 10cm of snow.
Leyland has none.
