  1. Not coming down anywhere heavy enough for deep now here, roads still clear.
  2. The front seems to have stalled a little, I am enjoying it here in East Grinstead but the wife reports nothing in Gillingham back home.
  3. Medium weight coming down on east grinstead, as far east as Sevenoaks on the M25 there were light flakes on the windscreen. The drive home to Gillingham will be fun later....
  4. Over to Coast or JP for that question, I dont know enough about sliders.
  5. T+72 is interesting, as it starts to calm down there is a massive lump flying in from the Atlantic again, looks to be stronger in the north than on earlier runs.
  6. It seems we will get it earlier and deeper, definately an upgrade for the East of Kent. Only down to the model is the PPN intensity seems to have dropped off from what was expected into Saturday but we should have more intense PPN earlier to counter balance it. 12Z does the business.
  7. 12Z GFS to my eyes is an upgrade to the EAST! +24 on 12Z +24 on 06Z
  8. I am starting to think this one might be happening FINALLY!
  9. BBC and METO both showing light snow for 3 days solid in Medway, should get something! I would like to see that amber spread east though!
  10. dammit Amber not quite touching us, although we are on the cusp!
  11. Last night it was suicidal on here! Now everyones smiling again! There was one bad run but there have now been 5 at least within 48 hours agreeing with the snow for Kent. It is almost on.
  12. Charts have gone a bit off for Medwa but still seeing snow forecasts everywhere. Actually its a slightly better situation as they are now saying it wont start till 9, giving me time to get home from work.
  13. Coast can you give me a Medway towns summary? Just to see if I am reading these models right (new to it but think im picking it up.
  14. Depends on the models people ar elooking at GFS shows 5mm average for around 25 hours over Kent and the SE as a whole. That is potentially 10cm snow.
  15. The temps will come down more once the snow is on the ground and building, it will take a big blast from the Atlantic to clear it out quickly.
