    Euro 4 is party time this evening indications of ANOTHER streamer then a more organised band of snow for the entire region

    This is the best chance for us as a whole to see something. I have 6-7cm right now but take an hour drive west you can half that maybe even more.

    Work cancelled HUZZAH! Showers are swinging back to favour our coasts again then will push inland but this kills off the convection.

    White out conditions here rapidly accumulating too. 1m of rain = 3cm of powder snow.

    The showers are going to beefy 2cm on a shower get one of those every hour for the next 6-8 hours. EDIT: 1:25 frame has just blown up that shower is going to be the best one yet!

    I think 10cm is nailed from the whole night tbh but I have a feeling we could get 15cm.

    Will go back after the cold spell. This usually happens in a 'real' cold spell because the forum is a buzz.

    Yeah mate in fact latest radar has beefed them up and merged on a tract that would keep us in it longer. Defo staying up for this one reckon it give us an inch if we're lucky.

    You speak the truth my friend. These situations can fool the models and us at the same time.

    Never heard 1 in a 100, I think I heard 1 in 10 or 20 never a 100. Possibility is there if a streamer sets up that somewhere gets pasted and this weekend is trending in our favour right now lets hope it continues.

    Winds are still NE, first lot of the new wave heading in now with it also picking up underneath. Will be hard to escape one soon.

    Problem is that some of us have lying snow. 3cm that hasn't dripped away and that will still be there tomorrow morning is something that hasn't happened in a long time.

    Honestly I see it a little bit. 1 hour = 1inch MO have 6 hours of Heavy snow with a few more of light through the night. 6 inches = 15cm. We shall see.

    Hasn't already been massively wrong for today? The extent of the showers today was something I wasn't expecting lord knows how tomorrow will play out.

    Near an inch in an hour or so from 2 showers, the one right is beefy and probably gave most of it. This is still a bonus right?
