I’m putting this up as I do not understand why people are exspecting an cold zonal to deliver snow for everyone!!! When has it ever happened?? I don’t know as normally when this cold zonal gets down to t0 the uppers are completely underestimated and too mixed out, all we get in the end is then freezing rain which is all the south east has had this winter. I believe the models are underestimating the block so I’m sure allot of people will be surprised by what the models show in a weeks time. But if you think cold zonal is going to deliver the snowfest people want it will not happen all it will bring is cold rain.

Really need that heavy stuff to move more north and west so it covers the whole southeast

Can someone pls help met office ap says rain for my location in Nutley but then just 1 mile down the road at wych cross it has it as heavy snow. I do not want another cold wet day. And the bbc app has me for snow so I’m so confused.

Will my area finally get a covering of white stuff tomorrow or will it be another damp squib

@Steve Murr in 137m asl and right on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. If it continues to move south will I be in with a chance?

Looks like snow starved Sussex is out of the area that will get any sort of disruptive snow

Steve am I correct that we only just need the uppers to be just below freezing for snow to fall if the feed is coming off the continent??

Look east on this run I have a feeling the trough is going to drop into Europe
