    Nothing here yet, even though the cells went straight over us! Heres hoping for further developments, will be disappointing if we don't get at least a rumble! the humidity is unbearable

    well clubbing looks like a big no tonight, looks like ill be forced to just get some whiskey in and watch this amazing weather event unfold! more confident about tonights event than last nights even though we still got a good 5 cm at least, bring on the colder uppers and heavier precipitation!

    proper snow falling outside my window at the moment! we still have a good 5/cm outside from the last snow event, however i can see this turning to rain pretty soon I must say though, this winter has been epic, Judging by the ECM we could infact get another cold spell before this winter is out, could we get a few frosty nights? frozen canals? I feel that would be the real icing on the cake!

    haha as a keen winter weather walker its always a bonus when we get a little bit of snow in these areas! nothing compared to the highlands of scotland of course! temp now down to 0.1 with a dp of -0.3! covering of half a centimeter

    think i may go and have a walk up to the lickey hills, always a lovely area to walk in the snow

    dusting everywher now, even on my road! could be interesting considering those uppers seem to of dug in a bit earlier than predicted?

    a quick update, just been outside and we have.. wait for it... 2mm of SNOW on the car/bins/grass steady as she goes.. elevation could be key here

    isn't it true that if the dp falls below 0 the snow will settle more readily?

    Slightly heavier here too! amazing stuff, we really have been lucky! On a more depressing note, i have work at 6 and have to commute from rubery to maypole! not looking forward to it! Wish i'd of said no to be honest, especially because ill be working in a freezer !

    Well the recent NAE for Tuesday looks interesting for parts on the midlands.. if theres more of a NE movement then we could all be under yet another frontal system with 5-10cm widely, interesting times ahead still..

    This has to be one of the best cold spells i can remember! Granted im only 18 haha but still is brilliant, even if the cold spell does end the weekend this will still be memorable! but who knows if it will come to an end, granted the models are in agreement but that is still +120 hours out, it could all still change, considering todays snowfall wasn't particularly accurate from 12 hours out! More fun and games to come im sure, and if there isn't I have many more winters to come! Love it!!
