Depressing to have known all that moisture just sat out in the channel refusing to budge. Still, could be worse, Rod Stewart could be singing on the radio….
What's wrong with rod Stewart?

Really getting beyond the joke lol, really heavy rain at the min and not a hint of sleet. What I expected from the last two events tbh, lol, but one had landing snow, in December, and falling snow, last cold spell. At least I've seen some, I guess

Still just rain here, wish I lived a bit higher, it's probably snow in Whitfield, if it's snow in kingsdown

Have I learnt my lesson! Prob not! The lesson to be learnt is do not get caught up in the mad thread! It’s all ramp FI stuff then when it comes to the event it all gets watered down and watered down and we got nothing.
True snow wise but the cold spell is here.

Really is a dead zone for interesting weather in recent years.
Named storms either hit Northern France or Northern England.
Snow, run the radar. In a nutshell.
Thunderstorms....need I say more.
I know not all the above floats everyone's boar, but I love all extremes and it is no exaggeration to say the above generally miss us in the South for the last decade.
Have a strange feeling Sundays low, or whenever it comes, won't miss anyone unfortunately.

Hmm… spells of heavier snow for far south? Maybe a surprise is coming…..

Guess we'll see, when does the low start turning the winds eastward.

Anyone pulling an all-nighter to watch cloud lol
Nope no point, nothing reaches anywhere near here till tomorrow, if it makes it here, waiting up for us is silly.

Has anyone noticed that the PPN on the radar looks is a lot further north?
It is almost hitting Cornwall, don't worry if it's rain, over there, we'll have east winds by the time it gets here.

Just checked this sites generated forecast, I have heavy snow for 12 till 4, then sleet, at 5, then rain at 6,7,8,9 how far north is it going.

When I left for work this morning it was -4.5 , it is now currently 3.6 thought it was going to be colder if I’m honest
I've still got frost on cars here, don't know temp, but also what looks like under developed shower cloud moving west to east.

Alexis do you think Kent will see anything?
I don't know but it's almost touching Cornwall now, think it might be further north, or perhaps follow the coast, I'm hoping for the former.

Yep think we'll all be the same.
