    No snow, but a heavy rain and a heavy hail shower this morning. It was enough to leave a slushy coating in the corners.

    I'm still waiting for Winter to arrive, Autumn hasn't finished here yet. I enjoy the rain, good job really.

    There was a light frost this morning. Crisp clear skies and feeling pretty warm in the sunshine. It's way too bright out there for me! Fish the sunglasses out.

    It's a shame it couldn't have happened earlier in the season, but beggars can't be choosers I guess. I'll take any cold on offer at the moment and keep everything crossed.

    At least some cold is forecast. Let's get that in and then hope for some ppn. Will this Winter finally give us a reward? I do hope so, but not too confident.

    Rain, just as Met Office predicted. Such a shame. 3rd Snowless Winter in a row. Still time though, I'll never give up the hunt and there's always next year. We will have 6 foot drifts again, we will see blizzards. Lol On another note. Come on Wales. Not the first half I wanted to see in this game against Scotland. Cymru Am Byth! We seem to love playing catch up rugby.

    Just seen this on the MOD thread. It will snow in Wales, then it won't and then it will again. My nerves can't take it. Lol.

    I think we'd all better wrap up from the 17th onwards. Netweather is forecasting temps of -50c up until 23rd. Lol.

    It happens everytime. Just when it looks as though the snow is within our grasp, whoosh and it's gone. If we're lucky we may get a little sleet here, not looking like much else, unfortunately.

    Hopefully. We do struggle to get the cold here with being so close to the coast. I was just looking at the snow maps and wow, quite a few good chances for Wales. Even for Cardiff. Let the lamp post watching begin!
