    Still clagged in here, no sign of the sun although nice temp outside compared to earlier in the week.

    See there are strikes just East of Taunton, I guess in a NE'ly they will drift your way although not exactly sure where Newton Poppleford is mind despite the name but if they hold together you should like you say see something when you come out of Exeter.

    Very dark cloud to the West of here, towards Swindon way, sun still out here although have heard a rumble, so assume it is thunder.

    Sun broke through here around 10'ish, large Cu building as I type although despite this still quite hazy and no sign of anything towering or going to Cu-Nim

    32.4mm over 24 hrs here, was constant heavy rain from 4am here, stopped now and humid almost hot.

    Raining steady here in Cirencester, will find out when that pulse over Swindon comes through.

    I am about 5 miles East of Cirencester, large storm seems to be South/South West of here, still flashing and banging away. A wet end to Badminton today I suspect!!

    Seems to be a nice storm passing just South of here, plenty of T&L to be seen and heard. No rain but looking pretty black in places, so guess it's only a matter of time.

    Nice storm just passing to the South of here, a few strikes and plenty of thunder, seems loader than normal (maybe not heard it in an age that's why?) Very little rain, very large drops from time to time.

    -2.8 here this morning, ground white with frost, so much for getting up early to do some crop spraying!!!

    Lovely beefy thunder storm passing just to the South of me, heard rumbles on and off all afternoon, but this one is chucking out some lightening, not epic but nice. Time to take the dogs for a walk, hope we dont get wet!

    Big storm just passed by here to the North, biblical amounts of rain and hailstones, plenty of T & L, spectacular to look at from the side as it passed. Rainbows a plenty too.

    Misty first thing, sun broke through, heard 4 thunder claps around 2-30. Sky appeared to clear of convective clouds, but sat here typing now looking out of the window they are building up again, so maybe lucky although dont wish for any more rain. Quite humid out and very pleasant.

    Temp 2.9C, blowing a gale here, with 22.6mm in the rain gauge, rain is just turning to sleet as I type.

    Settling nicely here now, temp down to 0.7C. Cars have a good inch or two on them.

    Can confirm it's snowing here, trying to settle, car roofs are turning white.

    Had one heavy shower half an hour ago, sleet then turned to snow, so snow on the last 2 days here in the showers, started to settle but now melted. Looks like another large shower to the NW of me.

    Seen the first snow flake of the winter here, very large shower, turned to hail then some snow, large flakes but gone before you blinked.

    Horrible weather here, strong winds and heavy rain, despite the warmer temps not at all pleasant out, an afternoon to be spent by the fireside me thinks!

    No snow here, temp dropped to 3C now, suspect that's it for now!

    Colder air here, temp been sat at 5-5.5C most of the day has dropped off in the least hour, now at 3.8C but no flakes in sight or likely to be!

    Nothing but cold rain here, not a glimmer of sleet or a single flake, back edge is approaching shortly, temp been steady all day at 5-5.8C. Good luck to you guys/gals seems the temp is lower with you so you may be lucky, fingers crossed.
