It just rained here, surprise surprise -
Yep that's the final bust of this 'winter'! When was last time we didn't have settling snow cover in winter in our area? It's been a complete disaster Spring on Tuesday and I'm sure we'll get more then lol

A bit gusty here now but no worse than the wind earlier this week I would say. See what the next few hours brings. Hope we do see some snow tomorrow

Very very gusty here. Pretty strong already. Tonight doesn't sound fun for sleeping and Friday looks worrying Just hope it's a blizzard and not raining to make it even more interesting!

Sounds really bad here, woke me up at 6am and heard bins being blown over. Seemed to calm a little but now it's very gusty again. My station says highest gust has been 24mph. Seems low but maybe just sounds worse after having no weather for a month!

Those of you with a weather station might want to check your pressure readings from the last 30 mins. I've managed to record the pressure spike here which was actually the shock wave from the Tonga volcano eruption coming over the UK!

Was hoping for an ice day here but not to be. It's 2c now but was still -1 at midday. Did get down to -3 last night though so at least it's seasonal. Much rather this then mild and rain if we can't get snow. Still time

Yes your right, I was just thinking the same funnily enough! Knew today wouldn't be good, the flows are too moist from that direction and there really isn't much convection on the radar

Couple of snow showers just going through but far too brief and wet to settle

Nothing here at all apart from a few flakes blowing in the wind earlier rubbish!

It looks good on paper, temp currently 1.5c and dew point 0 so it should be heavy snow now with big flakes but it's just rain already. Bust again See what tonight and tomoz brings but doubt anything, we're just going back to what we've got now after a short mild sector

Parents confirm snow up at crosspool in Sheffield right now. Sleeting here at the mo in Bramley, so hopefully it turns, looks pretty heavy on radar so ?️ Front is very slow...
