  1. Is that on any particular page, the index or maybe in threads more so?
  2. Odd, can't see any particular issue which may cause that sort of thing, it may be our CDN again. Is it OK now?
  3. I've raised a ticket with them, hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
  4. I think our cdn had a moment, but seems alright now.
  5. Thanks, it's not that they're backwards, they're just too close together and overlap as the resolution is that much higher. We should get them sorted on Monday
  6. I've knocked up a quick page which won't be widely publicised on the site, but thought it may be handy for those who follow the models, it allows a side-by-side comparison of the existing GFS and the parallel upgraded GFS. http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=gfscomp;sess= It's only for a selection of timeslots, and chart types, plus only uses the 00z and 12z runs at the moment (I'll look at adding the 06z and 18z's next week), but hopefully it'll come in useful while the parallel is running.
  7. They most likely will be available, but they're not there yet.
  8. There isn't a parellel of the GEFS running currently.
  9. I'll see if I can dig it out, should have it somewhere..
  10. This has just gone live on the site, even the links haven't been updated yet but I thought I'd share on here first. Ed and Tony are preparing our winter forecast this year and have put together a preliminary look at where they think things may be headed, which you can view here: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=longrange;sess= "A winter with something for everyone"
  11. Hot off the press, nicely timed for the new thread. We have the newly upgraded (0.25 degree resolution) GFS parallel runs available to view now, ahead of the official upgrade which is currently planned to be December 9th. 12. You must be rich John if you think they're charging peanuts for data & for media contracts!!
  13. Latest video forecast from Jo - including some new 850hpa graphics - turning chillier this week for a time, but still no blues nearby though! http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=news;storyid=6252;sess=
  14. The temperature stats disagree a little - October is running over 2c above average currently. http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=cet;sess=
  15. Jo's blogged about Gonzalo and what's happening today: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=news;storyid=6239;sess=
  16. Yep, as Pit says above, already more than one place this is being discussed currently, so will lock this.
  17. Latest on the wet and very windy weather as Ex-Gonzalo arrives from Jo: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=news;storyid=6236;sess=
  18. Nick's posted a blog having an in depth look at Gonzalo's track across the Atlantic and potentially toward the UK: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=news;storyid=6230;sess=
  19. There seems to be a problem with their 12z files currently, but the 00z's are coming in ok. Will see what's happening with them.
  20. Latest from Michael Fish - today being the anniversary of the great storm of 1987, there had to be a mention of an ex-hurricane in the forecast! http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=news;storyid=6228;sess=
  21. It's lifted from here: http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=longrange;sess=
