He's been on the wind up all week; just like he is in Winter when a cold spell is about to breakdown.
Lol i tried to delete my post as it is a bit uncalled for but now you've quoted it it is stuck there, he's obviously a troll if he tries to wind up the summer and winter lovers.

All this talk of a confused picture going forward is absolute rubbish imo and nothing more than a pointless attempt to avoid facing facts.
Both GFS and UKMO go for a very warm or hot weekend for most away from the east coast (where some places could actually be cool) with just the odd rogue storm around. The first half of next week looks hot, but also increasingly humid, with a growing risk of showers and storms from the south. Later next week it will be cooler and more unsettled, with further rain or showers at times for most, if not all of us - where we go thereafter however is still uncertain.
The ECM 00 also pretty much went with this pattern, albeit somewhat slower, but I expect it to fall in line with the above timings come 8pm.
So where is the confusion?
Since when did something in the models 7 days + away become facts?

Partly cloudy here but getting very warm now.

I've worked outside in 30c and 0c, and this is much more pleasant.

How long til we start hearing "drought conditions", "Hosepipe ban", "Reservoirs low" ....
Ages yet, reservoirs are at the levels they should be at this time of year, groundwater levels are normal too.

Clear blue skies and warming up nicely after a cooler night than recently.
-
Gone really cloudy here and cooled down quite a bit.

Well that is where they are now, perhaps you can keep the views about your preferences in here from now on, as the rest of us do. Agree the models do look great and 30c is a genuine possibily for here tomorrow, somewhere close by may even squeek a 32c, but in all fairness I'd say that is probably to hot for 7 or 8 out of 10 folk....not me tho
No they don't, every time a poor spell of weather is shown in the models the usual trolls are all over the model thread saying they want colder cloudy crud etc.

I'm in Southport for a couple of days, hot and sunny here.

Warm and sunny here, cloud expected soon though.

Red hot here, warmer than yesterday, I even had to sit in the shade having a few pints.

It is vile or garbage, it's typical uk summer weather.

2 weeks of rubbish coming up it seems.

north sea mist bad today, worse today now its more of a SE wind, and a cold wind, still feels more like early April, weird to think that its wimbledon in 2 weeks
20 miles north of you and has been sunny and warm again like it has for the last week and half apart from 1 day.

Quite liked the rainfall just lately, it has all seemed to come in one go and then bugger off again, had a couple of really wet days in May then nothing, suits me fine.

I think you'll find that you are the abnormal ones, the small minority.
