The new Portugal record was 36.9C at Mora and with 41.3C at Marrakech & Ben Guerir the new Moroccan April record. Hourly obs. only show 35C but article on IPMA site. (thro Google translate) "Until 5 pm on the 27th, new records for the maximum air temperature were set for the month of April: In 61% of the stations, the extreme values of maximum air temperature were exceeded; 45% of the stations registered new extremes of maximum air temperature, on the 27th; In 11 stations the records reached on the 26th were surpassed today on the 27th.
