Okay, I am starting to get annoyed now - all the heavy snow crosses the Cotswolds, gets to Broadway, and then changes into light powder ...... So far not seeing any more than we had through the day.
If only I didn;t have a stinking cold that I just can't seem to shift - particularly a killer cough - I might be enjoying this ..... Oh, what the hell, despite having a stinking cold that I just can't seem to shift - particularly a killer cough - I am going to enjoy this
Just a reminder once again: if you are in a warning area it doesn't mean you will get snow; if you are not in a warning area it doesnt me you won't get snow
Whatever the models show, the MetO not-a-forecast has just upped the stakes for Evesham tomorrow with an 80% chance of heavy snow (from 60% chance of light snow) .....
I never had a snow day when at school. But that was back in 79 and 81/82. These days, most kids get several snow days every year. Thats how it's changed .....
Think that may have been the day of the great slushfest in Evesham - snowed all day and by evening we had around 2cm, of slush ..... temps here hovering above freezing all day. This week wont be so marginal
What I find most interesting is that the MetO not-a-forecast has consistently shown a max temp here of -2c on Thursday. That would be totally remarkable regardless of any snow
I have never recorded an ice day in March
