Not often we can say the south coast is the e sweet spot for snow this week (away from Scotland )

Good for the south East on Weds. let’s hope the northward push continues so more of snow starved south can get at least a covering out of this spell

I don’t think any model has it making the south now
looks cold and dry next week for most with just the odd flurry, then back to normal

Yes, I get it, but the last cold spell in December we got the cold in and the boom charts but no snow. Looking at charts like this just frustrate me. Populated areas of England and wales need a miracle to get snow these days !I want snow , not high heating bills Dagnamit lol

ECM is worst case scenario for the south if it’s snow you’re after. South of Birmingham it delivers almost nothing. The north get a couple of days of snow cover end of the week before it warms up

Usually the envelope for change is smaller the closer you get. There’s still time for a 100 mile or so shift, but it would need to be shown in the next 24hrs. From Hrs away from the event the shift is usually less than 50 miles
