    Atherstone, Warwickshire Fast moving grey clouded sky, not much wind though and also no rain at present (though there was a bit of drizzle about an hour ago). [edit] Just posted that and now can here the odd stronger gusts.

    I've gone from my normal location and spent Christmas at a mates family's house up in Newcastle and it's definitely getting a lot more windier since 10pm... backdoor flung open out my hands when I went for a fag. I'm guessing, by the sounds of things, it's getting windier and windier outside now... can here bottles rattling, bins toppling, allsorts. :/

    Notice his posting time/date (27th Oct), so William's reference to "tonight" was meaning last night. Going on-topic, I'm surprised the weather on TV haven't mentioned anything about this they're just saying stuff like "back to normal" / "calm" later this week. :/

    According to one feed I get the temp data from for my town, at 2:30pm it was supposedly 32.3°C (feeling like 37°C) and the latest read, 3:45pm, is saying 31.7°C (feeling like 35.0°C). How accurate these are, I have no idea... but standing in the patches where the Sun's blasting through the window, I do feel like I'm baking quicker than how I cook chicken nuggets in the oven (blast them at 220! ).

    Oh yes! This is cracking off now. Hardly anytime between lightning and thunder.

    Had a friend (about 5 minutes ago) in Nuneaton say he's just seen some lightning and I've just heard a slight rumble of Thunder here in Atherstone. (Head's banging too... urgh)

HAARP nor Global Warming is to blame for the weather... it's the chavs. Hehe.Anyways, getting back on topic, it's starting to get a bit darker here now - and after reading a bit further up the thread that Coventry should see something within an hour, I should start getting me camera(s) ready. *fingers crossed*

    I fell asleep around 5-6pm yesterday (thank goodness I didn't miss anything here) Ooo I do hope there's something.

    It's all calm albeit muggy (still) here... we are due some more activity later on aren't we? *fingers, legs, toes and eyes crossed* Temp's rose a bit (on 24c), yet humidity is still around 99% (urgh!)

    The Mother did buy a large jar of coffee yesterday for me... let's just say, there's not much left. Though, I'll more than likely be up all day today too... too much of a rarity to miss.

    Odd faint rumbles in the distance here (CV9) every 5~ minutes ... no visible lightning anddd it's very "muggy". :/

    Nothing directly overhead, but have had an hour or so of some awesome lightning (in the distance). It's all gone quiet now, am hoping for more... well can see something edging its way up, just hope it explodes over the Midlands. *fingers crossed*
