Stuck in the dry slot again! Why does this keep happening? It's the same as yesterday! Am I cursed or something?

Yeah, it's odd as the radar has us in a clear spot. Only small flakes though still, just lots of them.

Well, weirdly the radar says there's no snow - but looking outside, there most certainly is - quite a lot of it as well! Not big flakes, but very small. So much of it though, it almost looks foggy. Wonder why the radar isn't showing it

It's been very light here all day. Snow that has settled is melting. Seems Norwich snow shield now is activated - snow to the north, snow to the south, snow to the east, snow to the west, and here I am now stuck in the dry slot

Well, it seems the dry sector to my north is shrinking and showers might get me if the front moves south, hopefully.

Snow here alternating between light and very light. Been snowing constantly for 3/4 hours though. Strong winds and snow is settling though. Temp: 0 °C DP: -1 °C That heavy band seems to have stalled and Norwich seems to be on the ragged edge of all the predictions, could get pasted, could get very little. Annoyingly, it looks like we could get caught in the dry sector between the front and the showers to the north, which would be pretty typical tbf.

Apparently it's worse if you already had covid, which I have. I had my jab at 11am on the day. By 3pm I was ready for bed. The next day I felt exhausted and run down, and felt like my arm had been hit with a crowbar.

This is ridiculous! I'm in the perfect place for the band of snow to get just close enough to laugh in my face before it pivots away! You couldn't make it up! My little corner of EA is the only spot it's going to miss, whereas places close by are stuck under the flow and getting an absolute pasting.

Still chucking it down with snow here in Norwich - looks like the heaviest precip is still to come as well Settled on roofs, grass, cars and the road. No sign of it turning sleety or rainy - think I may be one of the luckier ones.

Can't give you temperature readings, but in NE Norwich there's frost forming, so seems promising

I'll believe it when I see it. I expect it'll stall over the west and dump over those who've already been plenty dumped on, or it'll just be rain. I have no basis for this but my own cynicism. -
Hopefully, I'm sick of this snow drought - had 2 days of snow cover in Feb 2018 and that it for about 8 years. It does have that smell of snow outside though
