What a view that would be, (my old viewing spot ) Any one on the coast seen any thing yet? Went up there a fair few times, stayed in the car mind. If the storms heading over the channel the view of it there is something else. But yes it is dangerous.

Even if i miss out, i think this is certainly an exciting time. Although it has been said here that headaches and storms are unrelated, i had one just before the storm at 5am and i've got one on the way now. Hopefully a sigh of things to come got the right time lightning map behind running the back ground click click click

The wind has picked up here to quite a strong breeze, got puffs of cloud too.

I had to get up and close the bedroom window during the first storm, not too happy having to touch any metal, and I waited till storm no 5 had past till i finally had my shower.

In some jeans shorts today totally respectable and a cotton top. Plenty factor 50. popped outside and it feels tropical. Had the dibs on 5 storms here so far and more than happy, any more would be greedy. Amazing weather atm.

Am loving it loving it...BUT .. It is getting very close to having to walk lil one to pre school for her afternoon session and it hasn't really stopped rumbling or raining since about 9am. It's quite open too on the way, so i'm not looking forward to the trip much either.

Looked out window, think that's it for now then think i see a flash.. 7 booms and counting, the cloud doesn't look amazing but it's churning out the thunder..almost like it developed over me. Very hot and sticky inside now.

watched the cell on radar it actually spilt on top of me..does that alot here. Still rumbling here, dark and rainy.

Am inbetween two cells atm, the one heading my way is producing cloud to cloud and loud thunder and other in front of it.

yep had round 2 at 5.10 this morning, and now it looks like i have got round 3 on it's way, just heard another rumble.. I'm like I don't get storms and 3 in 24 hours? Totally unexpected and totally welcomed.

Had round 2 at 5.10am this morning around 10 booms, the wind picked up and a bit of rain and then the thunder just died so I am expecting i didn't get a direct hit. Looking out the kitchen window, it looks like round 3 is on it's way...

I think the forecasts are all the place, the one here is pure eye candy, while others I've seen either think Saturday for here is the big day, with bad storms while others say Friday morning onwards. I've even got a thunder symbol for my area for now but tha'ts a very outside chance.
