    Just watched Mr fish's forecast, poor man seems to be struggling.

    I must say from mid day to now, it does seem a little cooler, but lil one and me are sweating like anything..

    I have a few pairs, but to walk to school I wear trainers Well *a_hem* the shorts are a little short for a 40+ woman i feel, but i'm so hot. I usually just wear'em in the house and stuff, but I couldn't be bothered to change. They aren't tarty mind, just shorter than my jeans shorts.

    yep it's hot. Still didn't stop the odd looks I got taking lil one to school in my short and vest top.

    Bedford don't get storms. So If it does all happened to the west, at least I can say i told you so.

    The forecast for saturday is pretty much stuff of dreams, but as normal it's just great eye candy and we shall see on the day.

    Started off sunny, then went overcast now it looks like the sun is trying to break though again. Luckily, lil ones school are having a 'feel good' week and she is in wearing shorts to school all week.

    Probably not the right thread so apologies, but looking at the storm forecast for Bedford shows, for example,dewpoint 20c, cape 2431j/kg and li at -7 (yes i know this will change, but i'm guessing its good if you like storms) So i was wondering what kind of figures to be looking for to get excited about? I don't think i'm explaining myself very well, but for this amateur those figures look shall i say eye opening.

    Lovely day for me here, warm but got the Bedford breeze..But the clouds! watched the streets of fair weather stuff then less than an hour the sky looks heavy and almost like a shower is brewing.

    Wish I could get in a car and go chase, but i refuse to drive hubs car unless i really have to. I can barely touch the pedals.

    I'm actually interested about the storms more this time as got a family member flying back from the states early Saturday morning, and a little concerned about any bad turbulence these potential storms may cause.

    I live near a golf course, and it's amazing how people just carry on when a storms coming
