What’s the cost of the cold spell? In December I used £196 of gas and electricity, up to yesterday evening so far in January £179 and that’s with the thermostat turned down to 20C. Thanks a bunch cold weather….
£16 a day on gas and elec? Sounds like either a faulty stat or stat is set to high. I take it you have double glazing? 20c is on the high side for a stat setting.

I saw a lot like that last summer too.
Plus in Summer it is on a different scale. Fascinating to watch some of the reactions.

You’d better hope we don’t get another beast from the east, or your legs will become icicles..
Honestly the last time i was not in shorts was 2018 with that BFTE, one day i grant you i was in long trousers but still a milestone! No where close enough yet for a purchase of long trousers, suppose the little hairy legs aid the insulation!

Well this morning it was ok when it was snowing, now it’s breezy, raining and 2C and the cold is absolutely cutting. It’s the worst weather ever.
I find high humidity far far worse, its invasive nature causes more issues both for work and home life.

What utterly perfect Autumn day, you simply can not get better than this weather wise.

Looking like we may actually get some decent late Autumn/ early Winter weather at last, fingers crossed no unwanted southerly influence makes its ugly head felt, last thing we need!

I think I have channelled the spirit of coldies lately! Took the dog out for a walk tonight in shorts & a t-shirt and felt completely fine 9 degrees isn't exactly cold but I used to feel chilly in that temperature not too long ago so I think having a dog definitely changes your temperature resistance haha. Next challenge will be to see if I could still do that at zero degrees or in snow
Well come to the Dark Side...

no soiled cross model agreement
Is that what they mean by "dirty weather" in the models?

For reverse sad is it mostly a case of minimising heat/sun exposure?
Yep that's fair to say the main issue with RSD

That's interesting. Is this a legitimate medical thing, or quite unique? I've never heard/seen about it before.
Of course it is. Legitimate? what a strange word to use.

This is why Autumn is the best season, what a superb day, utterly perfect, the light levels beat any other time of year hands down. Love it.

bit like climate change
To true, very unwanted. Not seen one positive review yet, says it all.

A totally pointless and distracting change, not sure who thought this one up but it does not enhance or work at all. Very poor.
