  1. Yup. I suspect inland and elevation are going to play a part again.. look at the mins !
  2. MOGREPS says what breakdown Sorry thats Leeds London looks v good too Original post: https://community.netweather.tv/topic/99760-model-output-discussion-colder-but-how-cold-and-for-how-long/?do=findComment&comment=5008233
  3. Breakdown is such a horrid word.. I much prefer upgrade and after seeing cluster 1 and MOGREPS this morning I suspect today will be a good day for coldies !!
  4. Yep totally run of the mill January weather.. 5 days of temps struggling to get above zero and 5 nights of -3 /-6 UKMO looks cold throughout
  5. UKMO please... GFS is good but unravels very quickly.i prefer longevity but each to their own of course ...
  6. I don't think anyone is freaking out .. Plus matt said it was somebody he probs trusts.. Anyway , all about the cold and hopefully some snow sun to Thurs, maybe Friday
  7. I think I've lowered my expectations over recent years TBH .. For an extended cold spell here we need stable blocking to our N NW or NE .. The upcoming Greenland block doesn't look durable at this stage ... If get sun to sat ,in my eyes that's decent, let's hope we see upgrades in snow potential as we get to the reliable period ( Fri onwards )..
  8. I don't think 5 days is bad but if we could squeeze 6 or 7 that would be grand.. We'll see ..
  9. Really happy with the 00z data... Certainly looks cold / v cold for many sun to Fri @MATTWOLVES 3has induced worries talking of Exeter breakdown by end of next week but TBH I think sun - thurs/ Fri is a decent 4 /5 day spell for us in a warming world..
  10. I'm OK mate thanks I was out last night and there was no Internet connection- Suffice to say I'm extremely happy with the 00z runs , fingers crossed
  11. UKMO 144 That low is going to assist us I expect the cold air to drop south at 168...
