  1. Morning all,a warm up is now looking increasingly likely from late Wednesday, probably lasting 4/5 days at least..the latest ECM is showing something more prolonged with HP ruling the roost for the next 10 days..if it is to be correct 34/35c looks quite probable
  2. Morning all, looking like a fine spell of weather coming up,with several days of mainly sunny weather..not very often this happens but with the high stuck over the uk this is the resulting weather type.never particularly hot over the next week 10days but pleasantly warm..22/23c should do it
  3. Usual things applying here, cold locked up over scandi, reluctant to make it too the uk.
  4. That low spinning up here and becoming organised,it could be a pattern destroyer…no more movement north!
  5. Morning all it’s been a while, lovely ECM this morning, gfs looking a bit messy ..it’s just so typical we are seeing these charts in march
  6. The Atlantic in full flow over the coming weeks it looks like, gfs just sending low after low our way!
  7. No change this morning, looking at the outlook I feel that might well be it..once the weekend has passed becoming increasingly milder, late next week temps could be rising to 15/16c..the met seem pretty confident now of mild and above average temps for the next 2/3 weeks..goodbye winter
  8. Models once again this morning, all coming from the same direction,a couple more days of this chilly dull boring weather,,before next week things to milder..potentially a lot milder by next weekend
  9. We just can’t find the winning ticket..the pattern seems set now,the western extent of the cold stops over the North Sea,with no decent undercut likely to take place, the only way out of this would be the second push of heights from the Azores around days 4/5,we need the low to stay away from the uk as much as possible so heights can build vertically to the west of Ireland towards Iceland then curve around to the northeast, ahead of the trough stuck over scandi…this is a long shot though and wouldn’t give it much chance of happening
  10. UKMO is better, but nothing to get excited about.the set up is still very marginal,I think once seeing the uppers they won’t be too great either, let’s see what there showing
  11. This is showing the Azores high moving back in with the jet moving southwest northeast, eventually pushing most of that cold block out of scandi..this after we initially miss out on all the fun,not only that we are left in a southerly airstream, not sure there is any right pieces here
