    Lighter now but definitely still snow, my walk has been cancelled because i’m the only person home this morning and i’ve lost my door key so i’m locked in! How have i managed to lock myself in on the one day with snow!!

    I hope you’re right and that that extends to here in Dereham too, only the second time since living in Norfolk (since 2013) that ive seen a proper coating of snow

    Walk shortly but here’s the sheltered part of my roof which is getting less then elsewhere! Love it

    The roads are going to be treacherous this morning as people head out to work! Completely covered over them easily even on the road gritted by the council last night

    Just realised that the big building next door seems to be sheltering the garden where it’s already over 1cm, i imagine everywhere else where the heavy snow is falling that we might actually have several cm now

    Just woke up to a moderate/heavy snow falling with a complete covering that o haven’t seen since 2018! looks beautiful. easily over a cm already

    Temp -0.9c . Dewpoint -1.2c alarm set for 5am ready to see some falling flakes again! let’s hope for some temporary accumulations, would be shocking if nothing was to come of an amber warning

    Feeling hopeful about a temporary covering here tomorrow morning! BBC & Met office have given my location a very generous 5 hours of heavy snow symbols tomorrow so we’ll see how accurate it is

    dewpoint and temperature on a slow rise now, back to a very light rain. Annoying when it’s snowing so close to my west but oh well, glad i got any at all

    Temp 1.1c . Dewpoint 1c Odd flake in the wind but practically stopped, the dusting has melted on most surfaces excluding the grass

    Typical everywhere else I’ve lived nearby is reporting snow coverings still and mine has all but gone lol, oh well can’t complain really! Third temporary blink and you miss it snow this winter, a success really lol

    Completely stopped in Dereham! Dusting is melting rapidly as the temp has risen up to 1c again!

    Fingers crossed that’s heading to Dereham, very light with the rain trying to creep back into it! Needs a boost in precip my dusting has all but melted except from the grass

    It also likes to tell me it’s raining when it’s snowing, and snowing when it’s raining!

    Sadly think the dusting up here is complete now, slight rise in temp back to 1c and dewpoint up to 0.7c, extremely light snow with a few raindrops sneaking back into the mix now

    Hold some hope! That’s exactly how the car roof looked here an hour ago and now there’s a fairly decent coating on it, even when I said to my housemate that I couldn’t see it settling on it

    Temp 0.5c . Dewpoint 0c Dusting on most surfaces! Best daytime covering that I remember since the BFTE 2018, wouldn’t be surprised to see a cm or two in some locations north in our region before it stops

    Dusting now taking place on our roof and on the neighbours grass

    Very fine/small flakes but definitely all snow. Not quite heavy enough to settle but we’ll see if we manage a heavier burst to give that first dusting. Temp 0.9c . Dewpoint 0.5c

    Seems to be turning all around us now! Reports from a friend in Dersingham of it being snow now, sleet mix in Hunstanton by the coast. Almost fully snow now in Dereham too!

    Where’s that? Starting to readily transition into a more snowy precip here in Dereham as the dewpoint is dipping before 1c and falling
