    Having spent many hours evading education by pondering over the immense size of Antares, it seems that all that was a waste. It's too late to change that now!

    @Penrith Snow @Penrith Snow Well, somehow, I did it, I think! But what I wanted to say, or at least suggest, is that everything (be it the living world or weather/climate) is both a response to or driver of energy-transfer, the ultimate driver being the input from the sun?

    Can't, for the life of me, see what the 'AGW people' having a thread has got to do with this one; this thread simply has data; make of that what you will?

    Oh dear, the after-the-fact 'experts' are now slating the warnings, as per usual. In some cases, it's down to corporate interests (I get that; criticism of 'opponents' can only add to a company's coffers), but in others, it's just plain daft!
