Looking very interesting for our part of our world, I think our regional thread is about to get very busy over the next 24 hours!
-
What a a beautiful Spring-like morning with double figure temperatures forecasted, happy days! If we're not going to get several inches+ of snow then I'll happily end winter now and take an early Spring. Cold, miserable and grey weather can get in the bin!
-
Another very cold evening, -7.6c according to the local weather station, I genuinely can't remember when we had so many cold nights in a row in this area.
Probably one of the few on here that's looking forward to double digit figures on the run up to Christmas!
-
Another bitter night, down to -4.8c. Sun is out which is quite pleasant.
Looking forward to those warmer temperatures, double digits will be an absolute blessing, can't wait!
Snow to rain event Sunday which might have some see some falling snow for a while.
-
-6.3c here, absolutely freezing!
Roll on that 14c on Sunday, will be bliss after the last week!
-
Another very cold day, think it rose to just above 0c today.
Got a slight dusting of snow IMBY, nothing to write home about, maybe 0.5cm but nice to look at none the less.
Cold and dry week ahead.
-
Bit underwhelming here but was always going to be on the cusp, slight dusting in places but nothing special.
-
Slight dusting on the pavements here, nice to look at but not much accumulated so far, also not settling on roads. Be interesting to see if we get any of the heavier stuff throughout the night.
-
Some incredible images and videos, surprised there's been no amber upgrades in some places.
Bone dry here in West London still.

Some great pictures knocking around, not convinced it'll make it this far West.

Exciting evening ahead for those in the East/South of our region!
-
Local station showing -3c, certainly feels it!
Certainly looks interesting for those south of London as that low moves through today/tonight. Can't quite see it going any further north than South London.
-
Lows of -5.2 c last night with a nice frost, feeling sorry for anyone who can't afford to hear their homes during this up and coming cold spell.
-
Looks like winter has arrived, a cold week ahead, keeping everything crossed the cold spell is short-lived and we can get some more mild weather in.
Dry for most of our region for now but will no doubt change.
Currently 0.8c

Did you see any lightning? I couldn't see anything.
Nothing here sadly!

Eurgh, been raining heavily since the early hours, absolutely miserable, can we please have the 30c+ days back again?
-
Wow, look at that line running from North London down to South West London, very slow moving by the looks of it. Bone dry here despite some localised flooding in central.

Well, what a fantastic Summer it's been, glorious heat and little to no rain, certainly feeling fresher today.
I see the storms have finally made an appearance in our part of the world, hopefully won't lead to too many issues with flash flooding. Hopefully should avoid most of it whilst being in Birmingham for the football.

Another hot one, up to 33c, what a summer this has been!
-
Another beautiful week ahead with temperatures into the 30s, enjoy all!
-
Seeing footage of wildfires in several different locations now.
-
Officially 40c at Heathrow, wow!

Local station saying 36 already, I think it's safe to say the record will be beaten today!
40c likely somewhere too.
