    Been on and off showers here all day, some heavy, most nuisance value, particularly as today was the one day I didn’t want rain, as was finishing off flooring, so dust everywhere from cutting floor boards! Typical. Still it’s cooling down, so I’ll take it.

    Still hot (28c according to nearest obs station) humid, blue skies, not much of a breeze. Looking at the temps in the south west, wishing I was there.

    Up at half 5, quite sunny with some cloud way down south, but it looks like it’s getting closer, sun gone, replaced by some nice looking cloud. Watching the radar and it looks to be heading this way, will the triangle finally get some flashes and bangs

    Good ol Hemel Hempstead, grew up there, woodhall farm area, in the 80s, went to grove hill (as it was then, changed its name since) school. weather related, hot, sunny and I’ve got the headache from hell

    Melting.....why don’t we have a breeze, so still considering we are only 8-10 miles from the east coast!

    Met office thunderstorm warning for east of England issued for 12.00pm Friday until 6.00am Saturday. So that’s put the hex on any storms for us in the triangle then and now the ️Symbols completely disappeared from the beeb app

    We’ve lost the nice breeze that has been around the last couple of days. Humidity feels high already this morning, yesterday didn’t feel too bad, but struggling for air whilst out early today, not looking forward to the next few days if the air this morning is anything to go by. But for those who love the hot weather, enjoy, plenty of Vit D on offer for free

    Didn’t get any rain I don’t think this morning, maybe a few spots in the air. Have to say, not looking forward to the heat of the week, but it’s summer so expected. Be nice to get a storm at some point, just please weather gods, not Saturday daytime, having my flooring finished off that day, so far managed to get the boards cut outside in the sunshine, thus keeping all the dust outside, if it rains, not possible as electric and water don’t mix well

    Blue skies and sunshine this morning as for 30c heat, nope don’t want it, don’t like it! Anything above 25c and I start to get quite ill, happy to keep the warm sunny days we’ve had lately all summer.
