Been quite a nice day so far today, blue skies, sunshine, tad breezy but sooo much better than the last few weeks of endless cloud. Even went out and washed the car, another 15c temp same as yesterday. -
Miraculously we had a couple of hours or sunshine late morning, but just in case it scared anybody who didnt realise what the yellow thing in the sky was, we've reverted back to cloudy skies, temp 15c with a quite blustery SW wind.

Id rather have minus figures during the day and it be bright and dry (or snow obviously) than this constant rain. drizzle, cloudy, dark, damp, depressing never ending crud we seem to have had for weeks on end, or feels like has been months on end! Never suffered with SAD before but this dull/drizzlefest is really beginning to take its toll,

-2c when I went out this morning, solid frost and a glorious sunrise starting to appear, best part, dogs come back clean and dry with a good frost, hopefully a few hours of much needed sunshine today after days on end of dark dull cloudy gloom

Another day, more cloud, mist and drizzle, when will it ever end!

Thick fog descended here a couple of hours ago, as a gentleman said to me whilst on the evening dog walk, its a rather Dickensian evening. Temp 6 and has been around that all day.

Awful day here, since lunchtime drizzly misty yuk, that stuff thats makes everything wet but you cant really see it, maxed out at 8c. Bring in the cold and possible snow please.

Chilly start, 2c but no fog, another spectacularly wrong weather warning, but dull as ditch water, doubt we will see the sun anytime soon today, shame as it was around nearly all day yesterday.

That elusive yellow ball that occasionally appears high in the sky, which is still here by the east coast this afternoon. So far a lovely day here, making the most of it as according to the forecasts, its going to be a dull cloudy borefest for the forseeable, unless that easterly brings some of the white stuff near xmas time

Chillier morning than of late, with a thick mist across the fields, but the sun is out now and clouds look to be clearing away, hopefully that last longer today than yesterday where after lunch it clouded over but thankfully not thick enough to produce any of the nasty drizzle stuff!

Been a nice blue sky and sunny morning, quite warm out considering the time of year, but once again, cloud is rolling in from the west, so its bye sun and blue skies.

Was a decent start to the morning, sun was out and it felt quite warm if you were in it, but the cloud has rolled in and its now dull and feeling damp, 12c.

Been windy here all day, very cold NW wind came along shortly after the rain cleared this morning, been unpleasant to go walking in to say the least.

Fields are now mostly waterlogged, paths becoming mostly big puddles, fed up of the rain completely now

Luckily @Soaring Hawk we didnt have any ice yesterday morning, was expecting it, put wellies on and was fully prepared but nothing, hope you dont get any this morning, think the wind has stopped that happening overnight. Still breezy here this morning and was hoping for a dry day, but the rain out west looks to get here later on this morning, temp currently 5c.

Winds are really starting to pick up now, what possessed me to go collect up the leaves that had fallen I dont know, because the lawn will likely be fully covered by any that have clung on to the trees so far, by morning. Temp up to 5c.

Was expecting to wake up to some icy paths/roads this morning after the rain yesterday, but thankfully not, just a light grass frost and car windscreens frosted over. Currently just below 2c here and barely any wind yet.

Another cold day, another day of cold rain, tomorrow more cold rain and strong winds too, depressing is an understatement. 4c.

Had a dry walk this morning, thought it was going to be a nice day, but alas, rain showers just keep streaming in off the north sea now

Rain cleared the coast and now we have blue skies and sunshine, thats more like it, temp 6c.

Another morning where its peeing down again, getting fed up of the rain, either be cold and frosty or snow, the rain can do one! 3c.

Thoroughly miserable day here, dull and damp with that light drizzle yuk in the cold breeze. Doesnt look to improve over the weekend either
