Im wearing contact lenses hehe.....worried if theyd get fogged up hehe..... can see the cloud tops to the north though....will be curtain peeking soon....
-
I have a strange view, I have fog to my south across railway tracks, fog to my north on the coast but can see clouds above the fog to my north..... whilst not actually having fog myself......
0c also with dew now -1c humidity 96% wondering if this moisture ahead may aid showers developement?
-
still have 6-10cm snow here depending where you look, where we cleared our car park we still have piles of snow 1-2ft high....minus the tyre tracks we have level 8cm still..... what is left has compounded though by half....looking to the thames with increased interest... have to wait and see what it brings......
-
radar looking interesting people.....thames might aid shower development this evening.....
-
the massacre continues my snowman has lost an arm (stick), an eye and its nose and is at an extremely precarious angle..... but we have got to 0c dew -1c and the fog is setting in..... dripping has stopped.....
-
temp dropping now 0.8c was 2c an hour ago, dewpoint -1c humidity 86% drip drip has stopped.....puddles amongst remaining snow, between 6 to 10 cm left in places..... hoping for a top up will have to keep an eye on the radar this evening, my weather station clock has changed forecast from rain to snow later..... we shall see.... lookslike we could be inundated with fog in the next hour or so.....

-
2c dew 0c 85% humidity, damp and snow melting, occassional fog, thicker towards the coast..... not expecting much from snow showers but would be nice to fill in the gaps appearing in the snowcover..... we shall see.... looking quite strong in the north sea heading for norfolk......
-

A slow melt of snow today in SE25, though the temp didn't get any higher than 1C all day. I see areas outside of London are slipping to around or just below 0C, -1c now in east Kent. If light rain or drizzle moves down as suggested by GFS and meto forecasts later in the night, it's going to create some very slippery conditions by the morning. Having said that, precip may fall as snow given T850s still -5C if there are no warmer layers below.
Been -1c all day here, just dropped to minus 2 now...... Could be a cold night.... Mite even get some freezing fog and light snow overnight.....
-
Lookslike a chance of sizzle/light snow tomorrow 6am to 12pm according to latest bbc forecast. On local weather just b4 7pm had max of -1c and min of -4c plus we might get freezing fog so we may keep our snow until Tuesday/ Wednesday.... Slushy on road but not too bad out front still maintaining 5-6 inches.... Out back 3-5 still there.... Icicles forming though, a few are now a foot long.....
-
no way?! I almost live nextdoor to you then! what a small world. It is beautiful around here when it snows
Yey I know small world hehe..... I do love the snow.....I still want more.... We should put our photos up as we have your backgarden in them...hehe it's only got upto -1c according to my screen and BBC forecast is down to -4c tonight then only -1c right over faversham on BBC map for tomoz so our snow should stay yey..... Hoping next weekend is as fruitful!
