Still got snow cover here but it’s looking sad.
Fingers & toes crossed for a WNW or westerly wind in the early hours.
Could be a little surprise for a few, Or we could wake up grumpy gits.

Seen some heavy snow fall today So I can’t really moan .....BUT
you really can’t beat anything from the East or North East. I know I don’t get as much snows as those in the East of the Region but it’s guaranteed. None of this wet crap either.
would love an Easterly outbreak to end winter off.

I've seen features like this zip down the west coast of Scotland before, sometimes they die out, sometimes the re-intensify over the Irish Sea.
I would keep an eye on it.
Think the models the other day showed it to die out over south western Scotland

Where are you in manc?
I’ve been round media city & Salford most of the morning. Amazingly the area around media city had deeper snow than the top end of Salford ( Irlam o’th height )
