Okay I'm sick of this now. When is the rain coming?
-
Snow coming down at a decent rate but they're very fine flakes. When are the bigger flakes due to come?
-
Snowing in Walsall. Started light but picking up slowly
-
Today we will see better accumulation as slighly warmer air mixes in so we are more likely to get 'wet snow' rather than the powder we have got so far.

Is the radar inaccurate as it's still showing quite a bit of snow over bham. I'm in bed can't be bothered to look outside
-
Those in Walsall, is it still snowing?

snow here has gone light but it is still coming down and been blown about everywhere I wonder if it’s going to get heavy again
Give it 20-30 mins and it will do

I think it’s started to edge westward now unfortunately, still decent though, hard to tell how much we have had cuz of that wind blowing it all about
Still looks NW to me. Same as its been for the past few hours

Do people reckon it'll get heavier around Birmingham/Walsall?

That's what I thought, they haven't had time to update there forecast, TV Charts etc. But she could of mentioned the updated warnings ?
Probably pre recorded

I'm in darker blue areas and it's very light. Wouldn't take the radar too literally

How do you know it is accurate when it hasn't came to fruition?....
From the radar you can tell West Mids will be hit pretty hard

That band of ppn over Hampshire and Wiltshire is definitely consolidating and intensifying. Most of it looks destined for areas west of Worcester, but there is a definite eastern extent which should hit west Warwickshire and east Worcestershire.
I disagree. WIll be further east

Hope so we want more don't we .
Normally I prefer warm weather but I'm inside all day today and tomorrow so I don't mind it

The models, BBC, MetO have got the track of the weather system approchinh horribly wrong. It's much further east. 100% sure West Midlands will be in the firing line now

BBC on their forecast showed Storm Emma clipping Portsmouth at 15:00 but the radar shows that it's actually 40-50 miles east at Brighton which is very good for MIdlands especially West. I think BBC app forecast will be very accurate
-
Storm Emma does appear to be further east than expected. West Midlands to get some good snow tonight I reckon
-
I just want the grass to disappear. Not asking for much

Snow has picked up but its just powder blowing away. No chance of it settling
-
Coventry should get some moderate/heavy snow very loon looking at radar. Will be quite brief
-
Heavy band of snow approaching Stratford Upon Avon. Lets see if it can make in into Birmingham/Black Country without dying

Snow appears to be lighter now in Walsall. Will start dying now
