Not a bad couple of days

Yet another wet day, I can remember some wet summer weeks in the 90's but nothing as prolonged as we've had this year

Although the cloud has come in now and temperature dropped a fair bit, it was nice while it lasted

Today reminds me of one of those better days of August 2008. Dry but still a lot of cloud around.
Been plenty sunny and warm round here, not a bad day at all considering the rubbish we've had recently

Got absolutely drenched on my run, although it's much nicer running in the rain than the heat

Had light rain all day, bit miserable for summer really, seems to be a pattern of a couple days okay weather, then 2/3 days miserable wet weather and looking at the forecast it looks much the same for next week too, I guess it saves watering the garden at least

Decent day today, gone a little on the chilly side now though

Absolutely disgusting day 13.5 c in showers so glad Iām out of here in a few days
It's Autumn like, the only thing I will say is the low temp isn't that noticeable, still feels warmish, although I wasn't happy at 6 when I went out for my run and got caught in a horrible downpour

Where did the Summer go ? Miserable wet day, surprised we're not seeing any effect from the Heatwave roaring across Southern Europe, unless this miserable is the effect ?

Looks pretty dark over Liverpool way

Some nice cloud to cloud lightning a few miles to the East, visually the best T&L for the year so far

Lovely weather at the moment shame it's short lived

Brightened up a little today, wind is strong for a summer wind, feels more like Autumn just without the colourful foliage on the trees

Miserable day just cloud lingering about, back to traditional British summer weather, missing the Sunshine already although at least we're getting some much needed rain

No storms here, just the first spell of torrential rain then cloud, now we're back to sunshine

Gone pretty dark around here, can see the rain clouds about to hit us, looks like no T&L though

It's strange to see so many mentioning rain, we've barely had any on the coast, it's been mostly sunshine with sporadic cloud cover

Had some rumbles of thunder yesterday when the front first passed over but then just had rain the rest of the evening into night, shame the storms weren't very potent, sun is back out again today

Yeah not very impressive but coverage could increase as they push up towards Merseyside and Lancashire.
Relying on tomorrow here. Not sure what to make of it as it looks very messy. The Azores HP will start to ridge N and cut off storm chances past midweek too. Wish that damned thing would get lost tbh.
Yep certainly more promising for tomorrow!

Back to glorious sunshine again!
