  1. All going to plan. Don't worry. Saturday afternoon/evening and -4c uppers edge in where the show commences with a starter before the main course next week
  2. Snowy weddings are on the cards. Let's not forget the snowy wedding cake and the trimmings
  3. Also, we could be looking at a potential Thames Streamer during Wed/Thurs.................it just get's better and better
  4. Hi JP, When you do your FAX chart update later on, can you take a look at a possible stalling period I think could take place on Monday/Tuesday. We could be looking at several inches of snow
  5. Hi JP, The first diagram: 850 uppers shows -4 which is ok for snow in my opinion, so some snow around tomorrow once the -4 uppers take hold
  6. This will make you laugh..........MetO sent Croydon Council a bulletin last night down playing snow for the weekend. I gave the senior governor at CC the run down and expalined the MetO had got it completely wrong. This morning the MetO were asked to explain themselves and they sent an updated bulletin showing snow this weekend with heavier snow next week..........It's game on
  7. Yes, but I think the front will cover more of the SE Northwards.............MetO's bulletins are mouthwatering...........Sat/Sun will start the snowy excitement going and then all eyes on the very heavy snow next week................GFS 12Z is an amazing upgrade...............They are great for showing ppn coverage
  8. MetO have released an updated bulletin to Croydon Council indicating snow for Saturday & Sunday. They are concerned about next Monday/Tuesday for heavy snow
  9. I'm getting into the snowy mood now and this weekend is for starters. Going over the top with the picture, but let's have fun
  10. GFS appears to be an upgrade. JP & I knew GFS had to come on board sometime today. Here's a few snowy outcomes this weekend in parts of the SE
  11. Councils have a tight budget and have to account for usage within margins. Gritters are tested before and after leaving the factory. MetO are now sitting on the fence regarding potential snow for Croydon area. This is quite normal for the MetO to sit on the fence at times which can be very frustrating to say the least. An update bulletin will be issued tomorrow and I am expecting the MetO to increase the snow risk.
  12. MetO's latest bulletin to Croydon Council is to expect potential snow during Saturday/Sunday and possibly into next week
  13. MetO have released a snow threat this weekend to Croydon Council
  14. The famous Joe B has quoted the following: 'Cold wave in Asia and Europe may be worst in half a century and cause major economic and human hardships' Unquote: Below is the mean temperature average. UK will also be hit hard
  15. Don't forget that in Dec 2012, ECM downgraded the potential beast form the east whilst GFS kept the beast from the east on track until it back tracked and followed ECM...................Expect GFS to back track to the ECM's colder theme
  16. We knew the Daily Express would go for the freeze of the decade story
  17. Please don't forget that the GFS lagged behind ECM in Dec 2012. Both at the time were showing the beast from the east galore, only for ECM to back track, but GFS kept up the beast from the east until it also back tracked. In other words, I'm expecting GFS to back track tomorrow and be on par with our friend beastly ECM
  18. JP & I have got our concrete ramp under armed guard....................The ramp is really mouth watering
  19. Those ramps are just for starters. I think we must not forget about animals joining in the ramping mode as well
  20. MetO will be issuing an update on this forth coming colder period to Croydon Council. Stay tuned and get ready to ramp all the way
