Same here, on the spectrum. Maybe we need a thread for people like us as I'm always fascinated by the weather!
Southend on sea is my hometown! How ironic. Yes I would love such a thread!

Runcorn does that to people.
At least it's not Skelmersdale...
Sorry off topic I lost my little dog two weeks ago and I think you’ve made me chuckle for the first time since with that comment!

“It’s north” “it’s south” “it’s west” “it’s east “
can anyone with any actual credibility here comment on how this may be affecting us as some people (not me this far north) are actually worried.
the storm has barely formed yet so saying it’s a french event is silly. Please, anyone?- 1

Winds gusting now here in Runcorn, rain getting heavier. Some minor flooding on the roads, think it’s only going to get worse as the amber warning only kicked in 15 minutes ago.

It hasn’t stopped since 10pm last night here, absolutely chucking it down. Garden under water

Sorry. I forgot people’s moaning that the weather is rubbish (when it’s not) is acceptable but me pouting out that it’s not rubbish is unacceptable. Will bear it in mind for the future.
You’ve just been a bit full on lately dude every time I sign on here the latest post is by you banging on about warm weather and how you’re correct when really it’s not you who’s been correct, it’s the models aside from GFS.

It’s actually refreshing to have a collapse on warmth so close to the forecasted period as opposed to all those collapses on cold we had last year!

I wonder if James Madden correctly predicted snow today!!!!
The funny thing is he predicted this way before models started showing it imo. I hate him

So many knee jerk reactions to not only run by run but frame by frame! Please guys just be patient and wait for the full run to be out if you don’t know what it’s showing (like I usually don’t!) just wait for the experts. It’s very difficult for amateurs to learn when there’s so many different reactions to different frames.
As always keep up the good work people. Least if we don’t get what we want here it’s looking very cold for Stockholm
