  1. The 2 closest Wunderground stations that are on Southern facing hills (like my home) are both showing temps of 30.7C and 30.4C

(For some reason Stoke on Trent doesn't have an official Weatherstation, closest one is Leek and that's up in the Moor's  )

It's only the second day and it's too hot already, Make it stop!

One of those days where the radar several times shows heavy precipitation over me but nothing is falling.

Watching the north of Stoke get pummelled with snow, with envy. This must be what it was like in the winter living in north Stoke and seeing my photos

Nothing here now, back edge has probably creeped further north.

A friend just sent me this from north Stoke.

Beginning to slow now, and it's already starting to melt from roof's, even though it hasn't stopped. (It's just not coming down fast enough to beat the melting speed.  )

    Still, Fun whilst it lasted

In the few minuets it took me to take this photo and upload, it's beginning to stick to the roof's now.  It's also coming down even harder!

EDIT: 2 mins later and it's started to stick to pavement/roads/hedges.  This is a good last gasp.
