    Just been placed under an amber thunderstorm warning lol. We havent seen a drop of rain in these past few days so I highly doubt anything will produce today.

    Hopefully! Might be able to see my first glimpse of thunder after having no hope. I started today with a mindset that I'd most likely see thunder as I had heavy showers and storms barrelling towards me in forecasts, since then all forecasts have just been saying that my area (Taunton) will be missed by everything. Hopefully I might be able to see something today!

    Really sad, news has come out that so far three people have been pronounced dead from that train derailment in Stonehaven. Hopefully this number doesn't continue to rise.

    The weather forecasts keep putting taunton out of the equation. Apps like metoffice predict that the cells are going to die just before they hit us, and intensify just after they passed us. Kinda infuriating.

    I'm not sure if we'll even get rain here to be honest. Some forecasts are predicting nothing, whilst others are predicting we will have thunder at around 9pm - 1am. We'll just have to wait and see.

    I think it'll be another miss for the south-west, we've had no thunder this year.

    Hey, can anyone inform me if there will be any severe weather near Taunton? Some forecasts show that we're going to miss it, and then other forecasts say we're in the prime zone and it's going to intensify right over us. Anyway, there has been no thunder or rain at all for us, even though some forecasts are saying we're expect in excess of 20mm. Thanks!
