They were forecasted to die off in the evening hours due to surface heating stopping. But I don’t know if the cooling temperatures might trigger something?

Well I got a lot more than I paid for. Massive cg bolts, torrential rain and hail and a flooded garage. I’ll share lightning images later, need to sort garage out.

Looking decent for Friday, sunshine and heavy/thundery showers. Will be some nice cloudscapes at least, even if you dodge the storms.

Thanks for the kind words! But yeah it moved through very quickly and the loud lightning barrage died out. Then it exploded again over Lincolnshire.

Just had an insane hailstorm as that squall came through. Some pretty close strikes as well. I’ll have to search through my camera and share later.
