  1. rain @ 5c, but am hoping that when the intense band of precipitation reaches us, temperatures may drop sufficiently to give something more wintry.
  2. tell me about it - rain and 4c. i'm not impressed.
  3. overcast 1.3c it must get here soon! mustn't it?!
  4. i'd be surprised if it didn't, anyway, there's still a fair way to go, i expect the track of the low will change a bit yet. we're in for an interesting night. i can see me being on this site until the early hours! who's with me??
  5. cool, and presumably it will stick all the more when it falls overnight? what sort of temperature have you got at the moment?
  6. sleet shower in haywards heath, temperature has dropped over a degree in 10 minutes.
  7. finally i get to post a message on this part of the forum! not long ago the temperature was around 7 degrees in haywards heath. however, we have had two heavy rain showers, swiftly followed by a brief but heavy hail shower. the temperature has now dropped to around 5.5.
  8. fair 0c feels like -6c NW 14mph minimal (and i mean minimal) amounts of snow lying on various cars
  9. well, evidently at some point we had a brief, light, pointless flurry of snow, which has settled on the cars and at a push, would make about 1/4 of a snowball. whoop. whoop.
  10. 5c feels like 2c partly cloudy temps dropping steadily now
  11. according to weather.co.uk: haywards heath light drizzle 6c feels like 2c wind: WSW 16mph however, i just stuck my head out of the window and it looked cloudy but dry, so i dunno how up to date this is
  12. www.weather.co.uk? is it to be believed?? anyway... haywards heath 3c feels like 3c wind: calm humidity: 100% visibility: 6 miles barometer: 1014.9 mb
  13. can someone tell me where you get all this information from? is it from your own personal weather station or is there a site on the internet that provides all this information?
  14. current temperature 2c thick fog frost has lingered all day in some areas
  15. wow, bit of a misconception on my part, i'd have thought that an average daytime temperature in lausanne in december would be around freezing... how high up are you? i mean, obviously if you're near lausanne you're not going to be right in the heart of the mountains, but i'm assuming you're not exactly at sea level either?
  16. what do you mean amazing?! you're in switzerland! what do you expect?!?!
  17. measured the years lowest temperature last night at 3.7 degrees, been getting colder each night for last few nights, although there's cloud cover here today so i'm not anticipating it getting any lower just yet
