  1. November 2005.. Towards the end of the month. Heavy snow showers lead to over 6 inches of snow that laid around the 25th in Swansea, with Bitterly Cold northwesterly winds.

    November 2010.. Dry, with deep cold, sunny days and widespread hard frosts.

    Cold air aloft...warmer sea temperatures creating the heavier showers? Just a guess
