Nice vid Paul
Nght-time ones are always the best, even better when it's not expected. Still flashing and banging over this way...glad we finally got to see some action. Hopefully more to come this week but for now I'm happy with what we've got!

Something which may be worth watching, just seen the advert for it this evening and looks pretty good.
Based in Leicestershire with long-suffering fiancée Alison, Stuart Robinson's interest in storms was sparked by the 90s Hollywood blockbuster, Twister. He saw his first tornado in 1998 and, over the last ten years, storm chasing has become a full-blown obsession for Stuart - he's chased 30 tornados and six hurricanes so far.

Well, only a coiple of cm here at the mo, but not complaining as it's the most I've seen since moving here 5 years ago. Keeping fingers crossed for later due to the fact that nothing at all was really forecast for over here for this morning and look what's happened. Snow forecast for N.Ireland so surely it has to come past us lot first????
I live in hope...

As a forme east midlander I would just like to say how delighted I am that you have gotten a good bit of snow down there! Just been off the phone to family in Nottm and they are saying it's great, a bit like 91 was and I remember that well.

A VIDEO that claims to show alien spacecraft has been described as the "most important images of a UFO ever filmed".
The vision was taken by 42-year-old night guard Yalcin Yalman in a compound in Turkey earlier this year
The images captured on film are expected to have a tremendous impact throughout the world and they are the most important UFO images ever caught on camera.

Well 20 years on and I've only just learnt that it was a Cat 10 Hurricane!!!
It's true - the TV listings says so!

A brilliant personal account written by a Southsea Policeman of the events of that night whilst on duty.
As we opened a bedroom door and shone a torch into the room I saw the woman, clinging by her fingertips to a windowsill. Her husband was in a similar position at another window. They looked like a couple of cartoon characters being hung from those ancient wall rings! We shone the torch towards the floor. There wasn't one. It had gone...
He pointed towards a large Oak tree positioned on the edge of Milton Park. It was visibly shaking at its base. Then, like a Saturn 5 rocket, it took off, slowly being pulled from the ground, taking the footpath and attached fencing with it. After it left the ground it seemed to be tossed around like a matchstick before being flung into the park. "Sod this, I'm off'. I slammed the car into reverse and got far enough away from the trees as possible.LINK
