Low this morning of -3.9C but up to 3.2C during the afternoon. Any idea why northeast Scotland got higher maxes than other parts? I wonder if there was some flow from off the coast.
Beautiful winter's day here today! Down to -3.3C this morning and it stayed cold but sunny all day before another gorgeous sunset. Currently back down to -2.6C so potentially colder than last night. Welcome back winter!!
Yet another fantastic sunset here earlier. It looked like the horizon was on fire. I wonder why we're getting such good sunrise/sets recently? Currently -0.7C so first air frost here since Dec 19!!
Wow, I just saw the photos on bbc news website. You guys in the central belt have certainly copped the worst of the winds over the last few months (Shetland excepted). Breezy and blustery enough here but nothing too bad. Had some sleet earlier.
Will get a chance to upload my weather data from the past few days later today but it looks like today is around 10 degrees colder than the previous two.
