  1. Well, if it's going to be mild, lets go for record mild on Christmas Day...
  2. An inch or two of snow overnight! Deepest snow of the season to date.
  3. Just drove home from Aberdeen and it was sleety north of Newmachar.
  4. What wind/gust speed are we looking at in the NE and will we get the stronger winds on Friday am?
  5. Light snow here. We don't seem to have lost or gained any snow overnight though?!?
  6. Well, in this part of the northeast we had snowfall on Saturday, Sunday and today (early hours), and we've kept the thin covering too! More to come?
  7. Another fresh thin layer of snow added overnight here. Currently -0.5C.
  8. Still -0.1C here. Bright but quite a bit of cloud around. Nothing imminent here snow wise but my dusting remains from last night!
  9. I spent most of the afternoon and evening in Broughty Ferry where it was cold but dry. Recently back home and pleased to see that last nights dusting has been topped up with another covering! Not sure when it fell. Temp at -1.4C.
  10. Light snow shower here at the moment. Still a dusting from overnight but not too much making it over this way.
  11. Looking at the radar, I think that narrow band might make it here! Radar screams potential, even for the northeast.
  12. Just looked out and we've had some snow! First of the season. Temp at 1.5C.
  13. Finally some rain today and now cooler air ( currently 4.5C)
  14. Today's max was 23.3C! What a three days it's been here.
  15. 22.1C here today. Think we were on the right side of the line! Third warmest day of the year!
  16. Max of 21.9C today and incredibly, still 20C at the moment!!
  17. No strong winds here. September average temps so far are above all three summer months!
  18. Goodbye "summer"... 9.9C, pouring rain and strong, gusty winds.
  19. Poor forecasts really. Two days ago a weather warning for Saturday. Reporting Scotland yesterday said dry and max of 16C but the reality was some rain and a cloudy grey and damp day with temps around 11C...
  20. Not too bad here today. Bright, feeling pleasant enough and dry. August has definitely been the best month of the summer here even if it was the wettest (most if the rain fell on 3 days).
