What makes you laugh is when the reporters at http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/livenow?id=6384042 try and build up the damage situation and then they talk to the locals and they turn round and say that they get worse flooding during a bad thunderstorm.
It's difficult to get a clear picture of the flooding due to this hurricane until it gets light, but at the moment it doesn't look much worse than we had in the UK last year.
Quite interesting watching the coverage on http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/livenow?id=6384042 as the building their in is now damaged and water is pouring in all over the place.
I live in Lowestoft, so if I don't know about inbreeding no one does. Seriously, if you have a storm this big, and a surge this high you get out. If you don't you're not very bright.
It was the meteorologist at http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/feature?sectio...&id=6102015
that said it. I'm just passing it on. Obviously you know better.
I bow down to your knowledge.
They have just stated that IKE is now a category 3 hurricane, they're just waiting for the plane to go back in and confirm it. The eye is now fully developed.
On http://abclocal.go.com/ktrk/feature?sectio...&id=6102015 the local spokesman has just stated that the Galveston Bay which includes the Galveston Island will become just another part of the Gulf of Mexico. That doesn't sound good.
My last one.
This is similar to my first picture this month, but I love the
wispy stuff coming off the top of the cloud in this picture.
Almost looks like the way clouds appear on top of a high mountain.
Took this today from the my back garden.
These clouds just kept on growing.
The second one was also today from on the beach looking towards my house on the cliff.
