Well it aint half looking like a wet one across the South West over the next couple of days. A bit milder and we should see temperatures reaching 9-11c widely but a stronger wind and rain cancelling that out really.
First rain reaching the Scilly Isles just after midnight then its rain all the way. Cornwall the wettest tomorrow then towards the end of the day, pretty much all of the SW joining in. Maybe some misty/foggy conditions within the small warm sector tomorrow then into Friday, the cold front looks to swing by giving further heavy rain for Cornwall and this then transferring eastwards, perhaps becoming quite slow moving towards Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucs as the system looks to become a bit of a mess quite frankly. 25-50mm of rain quite widely is possible, maybe a little more locally, esp over the moors.
Into Saturday, sunshine and heavy rain showers is my vote so far, with some hail and thunder possible.
