  1. Evening! Gfs the king of models at the moment... the Storm for the weekend will make this September one of the stormiest for many years...Gfs has constantly for days now shown this evolution , Ecm has been pitiful in its output....The Gfs has shown for days now some damaging winds , flooding rain and Yes some very early snowfall for Northern Uk, A Storm to be watched.....
  2. Evening All ! Gfs is sniffing out some really wild weather in the days ahead Gfs does this really well !
  3. Evening...Those people who took in the evolution of late August and September of a high pressure dominated pattern have been sorely disappointed , Greenland seeing there coldest week for this time of year and it keeps going driving the jet stream further south and bringing some severe gales for the UK! I think this September despite its quiet start to be in like a lamb and out like a lion....This was predicted by myself ....sometime ago...Just look at my previous posts....
  4. Evening, both models are hinting on a very stormy spell early next week ,fascinating viewing courtesy of the ex tropical storms....Hurricanes.....
  5. No model as got the best Handle on it .....its the weather which no one can predict!
  6. Evening....Big disagreement from both gfs and ecm in the near term , but both computer models showing a stormy period in the next ten days , " Folks Due to the infusion of extropical storms across the Atlantic" computer models are in disarray ....Watch This Space
  7. Evening ! A Changeable to unsettled outlook looks likely from both models ,yes some warmth in the south for a time this week, but fades away quickly from the Northwest. If I would put any money on a model GFS seems the most consistent..... Keep youre eyes on some very wet and windy weather by late next week
  8. Evening All.....Lots of uncertainty regarding this weekend , as regards low pressure development , after that a strong jet stream heading towards the Uk so overall a rather unsettled pattern , contrary to a settled pattern as forecast.... The Kink in the jet stream this weekend is responsible for the weekend low ...Who Knows how many Kinks we will get...
  9. Evening! After a Projected high pressure scenario for September certainly for the first half its all change ....Low pressure developing across the nation....umm ummm aghh
  10. Evening All...! Looks interesting viewing from the Atlantic this coming weekend , no detail as present but one which could make some places very wet...according to the ecm and gfs.
  11. I really see the Atlantic in play in the next week , the So Called heatwave is on the way out as we get into August.......Baby steps now, Just watch this Space...Enjoy the heat folks if you like it because its on the way out...Big pattern change come August...
  12. Cooler and more changeable is on the way folks....Just ready for a wet August!
  13. Looks like the ten day period as the Atlantic coming in..?......Enjoy the next ten days with fireworks for some people the breakdown is coming August looks very wet......
  14. Evening All, yes next week is often hot in the south east, but certainly more of a Atlantic influence as we move into next week,,,,,Watch the crippling horrid BBC describe next weeks weather now and get it horribly wrong....Next week looks very interesting.....
  15. Good evening folks....! Looks like some very interesting weather for next week as the the Atlantic fires up against some hot continental air ......Models really struggling with this scenario but potential Fireworks and flash flooding making the news next week rather than the heat. ....Watch this space....
  16. To be honest folks no model agreement in the next ten days cool and wet gfs warm and wet ecm we shall see
  17. To be honest the complicated breakdown in our weather is best taken with loads of salt or perhaps rain Yes the Atlantic is coming in , but any detail is open to subject... the Devil in the detail,.The ten day ops both ecm and gfs show a similar evolution, ,but we all know that won't happen...Watch this space. ...
  18. Evening ! The major Pattern change looks likely around Wednesday next week, no point looking for any detail by then as models struggle with pattern changes ,but the winds blowing from a Westerly direction rather than the East looks very likely....After months of Continental weather , we may resume normal service from the West , and there will be sparkling Atlantic sunshine to enjoy......Im certainly welcome a change......Just look at the jet stream now , and predicted next Wednesday....
  19. Good Evening Folks .....! Well the ops models both ecm and gfs show a major pattern change into next week , with the jet stream firing up across the Atlantic and making a Bee line for the Uk. After weeks and yes at least three months of mostly continental weather ,which don't forget brought us a severe freeze in March, is now starting to change , But before next week look for more continental weather.....
  20. Evening! Well the dead Atlantic continues with a very slack weather pattern over the Uk in the foreseeable future....very warm at times with light winds , but still potential for some intense thundery downpours as we head into the days ahead, impossible to predict at this point but the threat is there so watch the Netweather radar!
  21. Looks like convergence winds later Wednesday could give the southern half of Britain some wild and intense thunderstorms
