If you'd ever seen Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, you'd know.
Absolutely lovely now and has been for an hour, or so. Sunny and warm, out of the breeze. If the farmer hadn't been muck spreading today, it'd be perfect.

Absolutely chucking it down here. Saw it coming on the radar and in the distance over Salisbury, so thought I'd get the grass cut before it arrived. Job done and feeling smug.
Then my raised bed wood arrived and I helped the chap shift it all. We both got soaked.

jy My Sensei at college said look at a fixed point in the distance, but I can't make that work.

jy I enjoy it, although I might not after my fifth. I find that I don't have to think about much, apart from going in a straight line.

*Stormforce~beka* Forgot to mention. Water it a bit

*Stormforce~beka* Nah. Anyway, I know where he lives now.

His card had three addresses on it.
*Stormforce~beka* The pack said my grass seed was bird resistant.
If you're struggling to get it to germinate, mix the seeds with some compost. Put it all in a bin bag for a few days, then spread it. The birds won't bother with it then.

Rich_Clements Sorry. It's just such a shame it won't last.
Just popped outside to water the grass seed and it still feels pretty chilly out there.

Windy, raining, cold.
Not very pleasant at all.

Hail here at the moment. Just catching the edge of that cell moving down the A36.
Crept up on us, as we were sat in the Sunshine.

*Stormforce~beka* No, in the field that takes me to Downton in the mornings.
It's been flooded all year, then the farmer put the cows and calves in there, who promptly churned it up. He's now moved them.

Bright and breezy this morning, and the cows have been moved. Win, win.

Bobd29 Sorry to hear that. Will certainly be sending good vibes from a few miles down the road. All the best for tomorrow.

Typical. Come in to watch the Attenborough show and the Sun comes out.

*Stormforce~beka* It is cold.
I've got a fleece, cardi, coat and scarf on, and I'm well tough.

Not bad here. Bit of high cloud around, but it's Sunny enough. Much cooler than yesterday, although it's a lovely 18C in the greenhouse, so I'm staying in there until it warms up a bit outside.

Spoke too soon. Cloud has rolled in now.
Just popped inside to see the United goal at Bournemouth and they're bathed in Sunshine down there.

Went down to Lepe beach today. Nice and busy, with plenty enjoying the Sunshine.
Back in the garden now and it's lovely and warm.
Caught the start of the footie from Wembley, where it looked cloudy. As db says it's heading out way, but should unusually only bother us overnight, before clearing tomorrow.
