  1. Yep the main event is only just starting, and no we havn't had/having it!
  2. Yes increasing wind here aswell. ETA for that French system is ab about now in Kent, more like 1 or 2pm for London/Essex
  3. For tommorow yes, not today I hope!? That would be a brave prediction considering the current situation lol
  4. Just been outside and done an official measurement and ground level is about 4 to 6 inches, drifts and on ledges more like 8 inches plus!

  8. I think this is the last shower comming from the east, after this we might get a lull for an hour or 2 before the front from France moves up!

  14. According to ITV the heaviest snow last night fell around where I am with 20cm/8 inches, I'm going out in a minute to measure it and build a snowman of course lol

  18. There is a High Risk of a Severe Weather event affecting much of England and Wales on Monday. Periods of snow will continue to extend northwestwards through the day, with heavy falls likely in places. Although marked variations will occur from place to place, 5-10cm is likely in many areas with as much as 20-30cm possible This was from the Met! 30cm = 12 inches WOW
