According to the radar dewpoints are widely sub-zero across the region with surface temps close to freezing now.
Large band of pctn. over Wales and the leading edges into the west of our area now.Not particularly heavy this far south yet but there`s plenty more out over Ireland and the Irish sea still working this way.
You would be very unlucky to miss a decent period snow in our area by the looks of things.
I agree Phil. The cold spell will go out with a bang!

Whatever happens tomorrow this has been one of the snowiest spells here in Tamworth since the 80s

Temp shot up to 2 degrees today! Quite a thaw but still a fair bit of snow lying. I think we will see several cm's tomorrow evening/night before it turns to sleet/rain

Latest BBC forecast looks very promising for overnight & tomorrow morning for all areas south and west of Brum
Those of us more to the east side of Brum will need to keep our fingers crossed & stay glued to the radar by the look of things.

Yes another radar watching event! I think we will miss out here this time but I can't really complain
