A quick google search of your location puts you almost on the sea!

Of course, for you... It might not given that SSTs have a huge impact on the weather so close to the sea.. But for others inland (like most the region) it sure will feel A LOT colder.. Including yourself, although as you stated for your location it won't feel as cold.

5/7 degrees by day is a bit of a contrast to the 15 degrees that was recorded over the weekend in some locations!

    So.. Looking at the charts..

Forst tonight? Yes for western parts of the region and higher ground (away from coasts and the far south)

    Tuesday - wide spread frost

    Wednesday - wide spread frost

    Thursday - wide spread frost

    Friday - wide spread frost

Saturday - frost away from coasts and the far south east

Sunday - frost away from coasts and the far south east

This is the p problem for our little Island.. While you "only" live the other side of London (although outside the M25) the weather could be far different to where I am.. The lowest temp for instances I have recorded this winter so far is -7. How about you?

We've had a - 6 in Barling last week which is only seveal miles from Shoeburyness but slightly more inland if that helps, lol

Other than wind & rain and lots of it certainly over the next week or so, "winter" looks just about dead to me. Not that it even got going of course. There isn't even a whiff of excitement in the long-range. Just more of the same. PV in over-drive, wind/rain/cool/rinse/repeat. Total and utter crap. Anyone else throwing the towel in?

Yeah, Ive already thrown it in, this weather is more depressing then being a Col U fan.........and thats bad as you know lol
